One more recipe…
I confess, I love the food processor. It’s so easy to put all the ingredients together and then wait for the magic to happen.
I have been testing and creating different flavours, and sometimes I forgot to write the ingredients down. Sorry for the delay, But I’m a busy mum like you and I’ve got to manage my work, the house and the kids as a full time job.
I have added into my recipes the protein powder below from ‘Trilogy,’ has a very light taste and is not sweet which is good so you can add more sweetener for your personal liking. My suggestion is go for a natural sweetener like agave nectar or honey.
It’s also a good idea to taste test it before you add more of sweetener of your choice because ‘medjool’ since it’s very sweet.
Protein Balls Nº3
5-6 medjool dates soaked in water overnight
2 tbs of coconut flour
1/2 a cup of almond meal
1 hand full of raw almonds blended in a processor
1 tbs of coconut butter
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Trilogy). You can find this protein below the recipe 👇🏼

& water if the batter is too thick
Blend the medjool first for a creamy consistency, Then add the dry ingredients one by one. The water is used just a bit each time, You’ll be able to tell when the dough is ready.
Roll the balls and coat with the shredded coconut.
