I constantly change your programs so from week to week you will not do that same workout. This approach creates variety, never allowing the body to get used to certain exercises and potentially stagnating your results.

Muscles should never be allowed to accommodate to an exercise to the point where the exercise is ineffective and doesn’t result in the goal you were looking for.

Nutrition Plan:

Nutrition is so important. For maximise your results I will plan your meals so you can have the best results for all the Body Challenges you choose.

In a group or with personal training you will get your results! The programmes are structured to improve your level of fitness, reduce body fat and increase strength and flexibility. YOU can expect to burn more calories with every session.
