If you like personalised training with close attention to you this  might be a good option. It is also recommended for those who are new to exercise and want to build up their confidence.

The training programs I develop are varied and progressive and geared toward improving your health and wellness. As your trainer, you have my full support to help ensure you stick with the program and achieve results.

After the evaluation has been done I will develop a tailored program with emphasis placed on the weaknesses of your body.

I take health seriously.  So if you are currently on prescription medication or recently had surgery you will need your doctor’s release before starting exercise.

The training sessions are varied between 30-45 minutes

You will have a private consultation of approximately 30 minutes where we discuss your fitness goals.
